Visualizer for Wallpapers with AR and AI

Welcome to the Komar Visualizer project, where we're pioneering a revolutionary approach to experiencing wall decor. Collaborating closely with Komar, a leading producer of high-quality photo wallpapers, we've embarked on a mission to redefine the way individuals interact with and visualize their living spaces.

My Contributions:

1. Research and Market Analysis:

   • Conducted comprehensive market research on AR and AI solutions, including in-depth analysis of Wizart.ai and Vision API.

   • Generated a detailed comparison of out-of-the-box solutions, evaluating their capabilities and suitability for our project.

   • Tested demo versions of various tool providers to assess their functionality and compatibility.

2. Consultation and Presentations:

   • Structured and designed all presentations, including the final pitch to Komar - our collaborator.

   • Presented project progress and concepts to Komar stakeholders.

   • Organized and led external client meetings in English and German with tool providers, such as Wizart, Roomvo, and Veeuze.

   • Developed and presented our project's overall concept for our professors at university of applied science

3. Project Management:

   • Assisted the Product Owner (PO) in managing the project on GitLab.

   • Created numerous tickets and maintained project documentation to ensure clarity and organization.

   • Planned the project timeline, setting clear milestones and objectives to ensure smooth progress with my team.
